Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- During exhibitions, sales, or festive seasons, processing may take up to 4–5 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details once your order is shipped.
Delivery Timeline
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro / remote locations: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
- COD orders have extra shipping charge. Please check at checkout
Safe Packaging
Your jewellery is packed with extra care, using secure and protective packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Reshipping Clause (Important)
In case your order is returned to us due to reasons such as:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailable at delivery time
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
Reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
We recommend double-checking your address and contact details at checkout to avoid delays or extra charges.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with reliable courier partners, delays beyond our control may occur.
